Mango Lassi (Mango Yoghurt Shake)

A refreshing and cooling cardamom flavored mango-yogurt drink perfect for those hot summer days.

Ingredients:

1 cup diced fresh or frozen mango (about 1 pound/454 grams)
8-10 ice cubes
1 cup (245 grams) of plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of crushed cardamon seeds
2 cups (473 mL) of cold water
Rose petals for garnishing, optional

Place the ice cubes, diced mango, yogurt, cardamon seeds and water in your Vitamix, a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade and process for 2-3 minutes. Pour into cold glasses and garnish with rose petals if desired.

  1. Gather the ingredients: 1 pound diced fresh or frozen mango, 1 cup of yogurt, 2 cups of water, 8-10 ice cubes and 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom.

2. Place all ingredients in your Vitamix, food processor or blender with a metal blade. Process for 2-3 minutes. Pour into cold glasses and garnish with rose petals, if desired. Enjoy!
